Atlanta Keepers Academy – Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the services provided by Atlanta Keepers Academy ("AKA", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our training sessions, website, or any affiliated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Eligibility

Participation in our Services is open to individuals aged 9 to 17, or as otherwise approved by AKA. All minors must have parental or guardian consent to enroll and participate.

2. Registration and Payment

  • To secure a spot in training sessions or camps, participants must complete registration and payment in full.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Sessions canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled or credited at AKA’s discretion.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and be prepared to train.

  • Treat coaches, staff, facilities, and other players with respect.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions.

AKA reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without a refund.

4. Health and Safety

By participating, you confirm that the athlete is in good physical condition and has no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. You agree to notify AKA immediately of any changes in health status.

5. Release of Liability

You acknowledge that participation in physical training and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Atlanta Keepers Academy, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Services.

6. Media Release

You grant AKA permission to use photographs and videos of participants for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes in print and digital media. You may opt out by submitting a written request.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward future services.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit session credit.

  • AKA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, coach availability, or other factors. In such cases, a make-up session or credit will be offered.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where necessary to deliver Services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
